Teamwork Tower Challenge

Service Description

In this hands-on activity, kids/youth will work in small groups to build a structure using available materials—but there’s a twist: no one is assigned as the leader, and no instructions are given on how to start! As they work together, they will discover what makes a team successful—like communication, respect, flexibility, and cooperation. After the build, the group will reflect on: What worked well? How were decisions made? What challenges came up, and how were they handled? What does good leadership and teamwork look like? This fun challenge helps kids build leadership skills, practice teamwork, and learn how to solve conflicts in positive, respectful ways. Supplies needed: something to build with! (Anything you have available - Jenga blocks, Lego, pillows, mats - the sky is the limit! Ideal for: Summer Camps, Sports Teams/Sports Centers, After school programs, Libraries, Community Centers
