In this group-based activity, kids will pick cards with real-life social media situations—like getting a friend request, receiving a personal message, reacting to a post, or deciding what to share online. Working in small groups, they’ll talk through each scenario and ask: Is this safe or unsafe? Should I respond—and how? What are the red flags? What should I keep private? Through fun, thoughtful discussion, kids will learn how to spot unsafe online behavior, protect their personal information, and make smart, safe choices when using social media. Supplies needed: None! Ideal for: Summer Camps, After school programs, Libraries, Community Centers
